- NETGEAR.com purchases of new products, services and, memberships can be returned within 30 days. Refurbished products can be returned within 90 days.
- All returns must be done by mail and will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Products must be returned in new or like-new condition and are subject to denial.
- Items bundled together as part of a promotion must be returned together.
- If you did not purchase your merchandise from NETGEAR.com, we cannot process your return — please contact the seller for return information.
